How to buy and activate a crypto prop challenge
PropGo deliberately separates payment from activation. Payment secures the purchased challenge; activation is the later action that provisions the managed Bybit Demo environment and starts monitoring.

Before opening checkout
- Confirm you are at least 18 and in an eligible location. PropGo checks location before payment and again at activation.
- Compare the fee, virtual account size, closed-trade target, both drawdown floors, minimum days, and review conditions.
- Use an email address you control. It identifies the order and the PropGo account created after payment.
- Choose only a crypto asset and network your wallet or exchange can send exactly.
The live catalog and capacity state are authoritative. If activations are full, checkout is replaced by a consented waitlist rather than accepting an order that cannot be delivered.
1. Create the order
Select a challenge and review its USD fee and locked rule set. Creating the order does not move crypto or create a Bybit account. Checkout records the required age, location, terms, and risk acknowledgements before it can continue.
2. Create and verify the crypto quote
Select the exact USDT or USDC network. PropGo then requests a temporary address and the provider's current pay amount. Before sending, compare all four fields: asset, network, address, and amount.
- Send only the displayed asset on the displayed network.
- Send the provider amount before the displayed validity time; refresh instead of paying an expired quote.
- Do not subtract a wallet or exchange withdrawal fee from the provider amount.
- Keep the order reference, but never post the address, claim token, or account credentials publicly.
PropGo currently uses NOWPayments for the quote. Its official fee explanation distinguishes provider service fees from variable blockchain network fees. The amount and fee-payer state shown in the live PropGo checkout—not an article estimate—are the reference for a specific payment.
3. Wait for confirmation and claim the PropGo account
Checkout polls the order status. If a provider notification is delayed, the status check can reconcile a confirmed payment. Once confirmed, PropGo creates the account when needed, creates the challenge in Purchased status, and attempts a one-time sign-in claim in the paying browser. A new account also receives the purchase email.
If the browser does not complete the claim, use the same email to sign in or contact PropGo support with the public order reference. Never send a password, API secret, seed phrase, or two-factor code in a support ticket.
4. Understand Purchased status
Purchased means paid, but not activated. The challenge size and rules are attached to the enrollment, and capacity remains reserved. PropGo has not yet provisioned the managed Bybit subaccount, demo balance, or API credentials.
This separation lets the buyer activate from the authenticated dashboard when ready to store the credentials securely and begin the evaluation. It also avoids creating unused exchange resources at payment time.
5. Press Activate when ready
The dashboard's Activate action rechecks country eligibility and provisions the managed Bybit Demo environment. If an infrastructure attempt fails, the paid enrollment should remain Purchased so activation can be retried or investigated; it should not silently become an active challenge.
After successful provisioning, the status becomes Active, the dashboard exposes the demo credentials to the authenticated owner, and PropGo begins monitoring the purchased rule set. The current standard catalog has no trading deadline, but all rules, integrity checks, country restrictions, and applicable terms still apply.
Why Demo and live trading are different
Bybit's official Demo Trading FAQ describes Demo as a simulated environment with simulated assets, supports Demo on subaccounts, and says demo assets cannot be withdrawn. PropGo manages that delivery environment; it is not Bybit, a broker, an exchange, or a claim of Bybit endorsement.

Frequently asked questions
Does paying activate the challenge immediately?
No. A confirmed payment creates a Purchased enrollment. The buyer must sign in and press Activate before PropGo provisions the managed Bybit Demo environment.
Which crypto amount should I send?
Send only the provider pay amount shown for the selected asset and network, before its displayed expiry. A wallet or exchange may charge its own separate withdrawal or network fee.
When do I receive the demo credentials?
Credentials are created after the authenticated buyer presses Activate and provisioning succeeds. Payment confirmation by itself does not create them.
Is the challenge balance withdrawable?
No. The challenge size is a virtual balance in a simulated evaluation environment. It is not a deposit, investment, or customer-owned trading capital.
